Cozy rooms with a nice bathroom and comfy bed - just what you need after a long day. Reasonable price of $70 paid for the stay. Conveniently located close to the airport, only 19 miles away 🛬.

Free parking! Wow, what a luxury! And the free WiFi kept me well-connected while I enjoyed the lovely garden views from the terrace.

Oh, how disappointing it was not to have any cons at all! Just kidding, there's always something to complain about, right?

The location of the guesthouse may be a bit far from central Rome, but it is conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to get around. The owner of the guesthouse is very helpful and provides useful information about the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and some even have a balcony. The breakfast served by the host is delicious and a great way to start the day.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

One negative aspect is the restriction on food and drinks in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for those with children or late-night cravings.
