Howay, it was a canny stay! The bed was dead comfy, and having a balcony was a right treat for chillin' after a day's sightseeing. Guiseppe was a proper gem, giving us ace tips about the local bus to the metro. Only downside was the shower was a bit tight, like.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17uncomfortable room
Paid for a room with a balcony but didn’t get it. The air conditioning was poor and barely worked, making the room uncomfortable. There were unclear rules about eating, resulting in an uncomfortable confrontation over pizza that marred the evening. The fridge didn’t function properly, adding to the overall inconvenience of the stay. No instructions for accessing the property were provided, causing confusion at the entrance. The bed comfort was subpar, and cleanliness was questionable with hair found on the bathroom floor.

Charming stay with genuine hospitality
Our stay began with a warm welcome from Guiseppe, who shared tips on reaching the Vatican and the best local eateries. The spacious room had a fantastic shower and generous balcony.
The air conditioning was not easily manageable, and we encountered issues with the fridge. unclear eating rules created a tense situation one evening.

Great stay with a delightful host!
We were totally impressed by Guiseppe's tips on local spots and his help with our rental car issue. The breakfast was fantastic. loved the outdoor dining area! We had a lovely clean room with a nice balcony. Just wish the shower was bigger, but it did the job.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with a lovely balcony that added charm. The host provided valuable guidance on local restaurants and parking options, enhancing our experience. An Italian breakfast, including delightful organic coffee, was a delightful start to our day. One minor drawback was the distance from main attractions, requiring reliance on public transport, which was frequent but added travel time. the shower space felt a bit cramped during use.

It was a top selection for a walk in evening in Rome, offering extraordinary good value for money. The homemade croissant served with coffee was a lovely small touch for breakfast. Check if there's a remote for the air conditioning before settling in.
